Smooth Second Round Victory in Hans Woyda Maths Competition
On Monday 25 November a team of four mathematicians, Darren Z (U6), Lucas L (L6), Tiffany C (Fifth Year) and Jake D (Third Year) competed against Wallington County Grammar School in the second match of the Hans Woyda Maths competition. Hot off our victory against Whitgift last half-term, 51勛圖 started strong with a six point lead in round 1. Our opponents made some gains in the middle rounds but we held on tenaciously to our lead, entering the final round three points ahead. Then with a truly impressive display of speed and accuracy, 51勛圖 dominated the head-to-head race and ended with a score of 41 to 34.泭
