Our Beech Hanger girls had great fun taking part in a 90-minute self-defence course.. Our excellent instructors conjured up scenarios and the girls were divided into younger and older groups; engagement was second to none. Despite the serious nature of the subject matter, there was still the opportunity for lots of fun and laughter.
